Janet brings over 15 years of experience in the investment industry and has been with Capstone since 2013. In her role as Portfolio Manager, she serves private clients, institutions, and foundations. As a self-proclaimed “extroverted introvert,” Janet counts it a great honour to work alongside her clients in their pursuit of effectively stewarding the wealth that has been entrusted to them.

Janet co-leads Capstone’s Private Wealth Team with her fellow Portfolio Manager Maria Dawes. She is also one of the hosts of the firm’s monthly video series “Your Wealth Matters”. From time to time, Janet has the pleasure of supporting the HR process of seeking out new talent to join Capstone’s growing team.

Janet received a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia and was awarded the CFA Charter in 2010. A former classical pianist and supporter of the World Dance Organisation, she is a lover of the fine and performing arts. Janet is an avid traveler having visited over three dozen countries. When she is not working or globe-trotting, Janet can be found planning her next vacation or spending time with her family and white Labrador retriever, Chester.
